Connecting Threads: Across Borders & Among Community is an evening of poetry readings, open mic, and music performance with a focus on disability justice and global liberation, in collaboration with Chicago Irish for Palestine, Save the Night Chicago, and Clean Air Club.

With readings by Issue no. 1 & 2 contributors and team members Madeline Blair, Imani Warren, Tori Rego, Sam Plauché, Patrick T. Reardon, and poli-ed by Peter Hume with Chicago Irish for Palestine.

Music performances by Brighid the Bard from Chicago and Seán Walsh (Bloom band) from Dublin, Ireland.

$5 suggested donation, 10% of proceeds will support the Sameer Project.
